Delivery times vary depending on your location within Belgium and Europe. Standard orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. However, please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons.
Our custom frames are handcrafted and made especially for each piece, which means they require additional time for production and quality control. Custom frame orders can take up to 4 weeks before shipment. We take great care to ensure every piece meets our standards before it leaves our atelier.

Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
You can return every piece within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost, as we also cover the cost of the return label we provide for your shipment back to us.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, such as a cracked frame or broken glass, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement or repair.
